1. PLEASE SELECT THE ITEMS BELOW FOR A FULL DESCRIPTION, AND TO ORDER.

2. NORMAL DELIVERY FOR ITEMS IS 3 BUSINESS DAYS OR LESS, UNLESS THE ITEM IS OUT OF STOCK AT OUR VENDOR. (If the item is out of stock we will call you to let you know, and discuss options). NOTE: SOME ITEMS ARE CARRIED IN-STOCK AT OUR STORE, AND SOME ARE NOT.

3. DELIVERY OPTIONS:

"IN-STORE PICK UP": When your order is ready, you will be called for pick up in our store. Curbside pick up is available upon request.

"U.S. MAIL": When your item is ready, we will ship it to the address on the order form. There is an additional charge for this item. (cheapest of the home delivery options)

"UPS GROUND" - When your order is ready, we will ship it UPS GROUND SERVICE to the address on the order. There is an additional charge for this option (most expensive and quickest of the home delivery options).

4. OPTIONAL EMBROIDERED NAMES are available on each item. IMPORTANT NOTE: THERE ARE NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON ITEMS THAT ARE CUSTOMIZED.

5. RETURN POLICY: We will accept returns for refund or exchange within 15 days of purchase of these items. VERY IMPORTANT: ALL RETURNS MUST BE IN NEW, UNUSED CONDITION WITH ALL TAGS STILL ON THE MERCHANDISE. We will not accept returns on any item that has been visibly used or is dirty, or soiled in any way. WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON CUSTOMIZED ITEMS WITH EMBROIDERED NAMES.
