IMPORTANT - SUPPLY CHAIN DISRUPTIONS ARE UNFORTUNATELY AFFECTING EVERY INDUSTRY, INCLUDING OURS. IF ANY ITEM YOU ORDER IS NOT AVAILABLE WE WILL CONTACT YOU WITH OPTIONS, INCLUDING A REFUND FOR THAT ITEM IF NECESSARY. WE APPRECIATE YOUR UNDERSTANDING DURING THESE UNCERTAIN TIMES.

ORDER DEADLINE IS: SUNDAY, MARCH 20th.

NO ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER THE MARCH 20th ORDER DEADLINE.

All orders will be held until the above order deadlines, then processed in bulk. Orders placed after an order deadline, will fall into the next deadline window.

Please allow approximately 2 weeks after each order deadline for delivery. Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery dates. Deliveries can and will vary depending on production capacity and product availability at the time of the order deadlines. We always do our best to be sure all orders are shipped as soon as possible.

DELIVERY OPTIONS:

1. "IN-STORE PICK UP" - when your order is ready, we will call you for pick up at our store in Fowlerville. Walk-in or Curbside delivery is available. There is no additional charge for this option.

2. "US MAIL" - when your order is ready, we will mail it US MAIL to the address on your order form. There is an additional charge for this option. (cheapest of the home delivery options).

3. UPS GROUND - when your order is ready, we will ship it UPS GROUND SERVICE to the address on your order form. There is an additional charge for this option. (Most expensive / fastest of the home delivery options).

IMPORTANT: ALL ITEMS ARE CUSTOM MADE TO ORDER. WE CANNOT TAKE ANY RETURNS FOR SIZE EXCHANGE OR FOR REFUND ON THESE ITEMS. PLEASE BE THAT YOU WANT THESE ITEMS BEFORE YOU ORDER. PLEASE BE SURE TO ORDER THE CORRECT SIZE. There are no exceptions to this return policy for these custom made items.
