"IN-STOCK" ITEMS WILL BE PULLED AND YOU WILL BE CALLED (IN-STORE PICK UP ORDERS) OR SHIPPED (US MAIL / UPS GROUND ORDERS) SAME OR NEXT DAY FROM RECEIPT OF THE ORDER.
"SPECIAL ORDER" ITEMS NORMALLY TAKE 2 OR 3 DAYS TO BE RECEIVED AND PROCESSED. YOU WILL BE CALLED, OR YOUR ORDER WILL SHIP WITHIN 24 HOURS OF RECEIVING THE GOODS INTO OUR STORE.
WE CAN CUSTOMIZE YOUR ITEM WITH AN EMBROIDERED NAME OR COMPANY LOGO. PLEASE ASK FOR DETAILS AND PRICING.
1. "IN STORE PICK UP". When your order is ready, we will call you for pick up at our store in Fowlerville. CURBSIDE PICK UP IS AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST. There is no additional charge for this option.
2. U.S. MAIL - When your order is ready, it will be mailed to the address on the order form. There is an additional charge for this option. (cheapest with longest delivery time from the home delivery options).
3. UPS GROUND. When your order is ready, we will ship it UPS GROUND service to the address on the order form. There is an additional charge for this service (most expensive and quickest delivery time from the home delivery options).
RETURN POLICY ON CARHARTT ITEMS:
1. "IN STOCK" items. You may return within 30 days of purchase for refund or size exchange. Items must be in new, unused condition and must have all tags still on the garment.
2. "SPECIAL ORDER" items. IMPORTANT: ALL SPECIAL ORDER RETURN ITEMS (items we do not carry in stock) ARE SUBJECT TO A 20% RESTOCKING CHARGE. Special order items may be returned for size exchange or refund, but are subject to a 20% restocking charge to cover re-stock charges with our vendor. All returns must be in new, unused condition with tags still attached.
